Eunhyun Park

Eunhyun Park was born in Gwangju (Korea) and studied Art History & Aesthetics at Chosun University. She worked at art foundations which included the Asia Culture Center and Gwangju Biennale. In this period, she is also interested in alternative community, and has experiences with organizing contemporary art community.
Her most recent project was May of Gwangju, which she made a music box about Gwangju that included Marching for the Beloved, an important song in Korea’s modern history. She has also participated in a curatorial residency program and directed exhibitions, with projects that focus on contemporary Korea’s social system. In addition, her projects are mainly related to ‘Individuality’ and ‘Diversity’ in Korean society.
